Returning an Item:

You may return a piece within seven days of your receipt of it. No returns will be accepted through CNS Fine Art, LLC after this seven day period has expired.

Any returned item is to be shipped directly to CNS Fine Art, LLC.

Return Process:

Contact our customer support team for return instructions.
Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If this is not possible, use new packing materials of the same quality.
You are solely responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returning the art.
Insure item to its full value when shipping.

When returning a piece, use UPS, FedEx, or the delivery service used when it was shipped to you; CNS Fine Art, LLC will need the tracking number in order to check the status of the return.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued when the proper return policy is followed.

If the returned piece has not been altered and is returned during the proper period, CNS Fine Art, LLC will issue a credit for the purchase (not including insurance, packing, freight, and transport fees associated with the purchase).

You will be reimbursed for the same amount within 15 days of the CNS Fine Art, LLC account being credited. You will be issued a check for this amount. Both insurance and packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the piece are your responsibility; CNS Fine Art, LLC does not reimburse those amounts. You will be updated about the status of your return by e-mail.

If a return is agreed upon you will be refunded the price of the piece less any shipping charges for the order.
